    Replacement "     or "Full Refund".


  • Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable.


  • Returns require an RMA, (return merchandise
    authorization number )    . Please e-mail us at earpluginfo@earplugsonline.com for an RMA #.
    Please include your reason for returning.


  • Unauthorized returns (without an RMA#) will be
    assessed a Special Handling Charge.


  • All returned orders that were paid for by check or
    money order will be assessed a Special Handling
    Charge


  • Faulty-Cracked Plastic Boxes are (not guaranteed),
